Your booth package includes:

• 8-foot back wall and 3-foot drapery side walls (100 sq ft-499 sq ft)
• 24-hour security
• Forklift service up to 5,000 lbs. for any booth
• Unloading and loading of all packaged and unpackaged shipments from trucks
• Pick-up, storage and return of empty exhibition containers
• Complete exhibitor manual

DETAILS

1 STANDARD PACKAGE: Includes exhibition space and rear and side curtains only. Other charges such as floor covering, electricity, Internet connection, furniture, and parking are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

2 DELUXE PACKAGE: Turnkey option that includes exhibition space, back and side curtains, carpet, and a 15-amp electrical outlet. Setup and dismantling are included. Other charges are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

3 CARPET REQUIREMENTS: Certified fire-resistant (fireproof) flooring is mandatory in all booths smaller than 1,500 sq. ft.

4 EXHIBIT SPACE RESERVATION: Exhibitors must complete their online registration via the reservation link received by email from their representative, which consists of accepting the terms of the exhibitor contract, choosing a payment plan, and making an initial deposit.
